Children of all ages love water. Even young babies, who have not yet learned to crawl, may move independently in a pool. Group baby and toddler swimming classes are a great way to socialise, build confidence and teach basic water safety skills. Parents should of course be extra vigilant around water, even during bathing, no matter what age. EPS Sports Academy has been in operation since 2013 running a wide range of sports including football, volleyball, tennis, capoeira and fitness programmes. Babies will learn how to use their natural reflexes for paddling and kicking in the water, and breathing with an aim to float in their WaterBabies module.
